  • I am glad that I started a DMP with CareOne, however, the payments are starting to get a little bit unmanageable.  I'm having a hard time having the money available for CareOne to take.  

    I'm wondering if there is any way I can lower my payments?  Does this mean new proposals have to be submitted to the creditors?  Just wondering if it's worth it to try to lower, or if I should just stick it out.

    If you know you are going to have a difficult time with your payments we may be able to qualify you for a hardship plan. A hardship request is asking for a temporary payment reduction from each of your creditors. In order to determine if you are eligible for a hardship plan,please contact Customer Care at 1-800-CARE-123.

    We will do what we can to help; hang in there.
