  • I signed up for this program and it says that its estimated that I have 4 years in the program, but I am curious about one thing. I currently have a car loan, which is not included, but in 4 years what if I need to buy a different car, will this program hinder me from getting a car loan?
  • Good morning Jihundey and thank you for posting in the Community,

It is up to the lender in regards to how they view participation in a consumer credit counseling plan. I would suggest you continue to make your payments and move the due dates for your creditors towards the end of the month in order to minimize the risk of a late payment. Have all of your creditors accepted the proposal? Have they offered benefits?

    Thank you,

    Rob
