Good afternoon,

We have estimated balances on file and we show approximately 24 months remaining. If you select the My Creditors tab; you will see a starting balance and an estimated balance for each creditor. Remember these are only estimated balances, as we are never in control of your creditor statements; we have no way of knowing what your actual balance is with your creditors. You should continue to receive statements from your creditors.

I do not see my Creditors Tab????

Look on the My CareOne Tab, one of the gadgets says -  My Creditors
